To Play The Punisher in your Computer follow the instruction 1 :

1. At first Free Download Capcom Play System ( CPS ) Emulator,
2. Here Free Download Winkawaks
3. Extract Winkawaks and you will get total 20 file and folder,
4. Now Free Download The Punisher
5. If you downloaded punisher.zip ( The Punisher ) then copy it,
6. Now Paste it to the ROM directory you got from the first rar software.
7. Now Open Winkawaks.exe,
8. Set up control from setting to play it easily ( See this post if you can't understand how to set up control How To Play " Capcom Play System 1/2 ( CPS 1/2 ) " Games in Computer through " Winkawaks " and Some Compatible Games List with this Software ),
9. Now click on file/load game/
10. Now click on only available and mark Show CPS 1 Games 
11. Then click on rescan all and  you will find 3 The Punisher
12. From there 1st is The Punisher (World 930422), 2nd is The Punisher (US 930422) and Last one is The Punisher (Japan 930422)
13. Now Click on any of The Punisher Version and click OK.
14. Now enjoy The Punisher in your Computer

1. You can also Play The Punisher Games in your Computer Through Mame32,
2. Here Free Download Mame32,
3. Now Extract it and you will get total 24 files and folder,

1. First free download Mame4droid
2. Then install and open Mame4droid,
3. Then a pop up message will display click OK then minimize it by pressing home button,
4. Then download The Punisher
5. And also download neogeo.zip
6. Then open file manager,
7. Copy punisher.zip ( The Punisher ) and neogeo.zip ( Bios file ),
